Possibilities were few and far between in a 0-0 stalemate between Karonga United and Nyasa Big Bullets, as the visitors picked up their second away draw of the season.

Despite having the opportunity to condemn the 'INGWINA' to back-to-back home league losses this season, the Bullets had a mountainous task on their hands considering their hope of returning to the top spot. That form showed in their performance early on through loose paths of scoring goals. But apart from missing glorious chances by Babatunde Adepoju on the verge of HT, Karonga also underwhelmed and failed to create any clear-cut opportunities, giving Bullets plenty to hang onto heading into the second half.

Performances were improved after the break from the Karonga side, who upped the ante and pinned Bullets back in their half several times. sheriff Shamama had success when driving at defenders with the ball at his feet, while T
Gift Kadambala felt his side deserved more possession between 70 to 78 minutes.

approaching the full time, but still wanted any, Bullets came back into the game with full force and fine pace when transitioning, while Karonga had now found a better defensive structure. Babatunde and Lanjesi Nkhoma struggled to assert themselves.

Substitute Antony Mfune was unable to run beyond defenders and Chimwemwe Idana couldn't find the gaps required to make the killer passes.

Nothing separates the two sides after the regulation and only points were shared.

In other Saturday matches, Mighty Tigers come from behind to secure a 2-1 win over Dedza Dynamos at Mpira stadium. Clement Nyondo gave Dedza the lead in the 4th minute before George Chiomba's equalizer for the home team in the first half. Kondwani Chilembwe sealed all the points for the Kau Kau boys in the 54th minute to make it 2-1.

Elsewhere, MAFCO thumped Moyale Barracks 3-1 at chitowe stadium. Twi goals from Mphatso Philemon and Zikani Sichinga awarded maximum points for the Salima based soldiers while Raphael Phiri scored the consolation goal.

In Mzuzu loan goal from Chikaiko Batison were enough to separate boys and man as Civo beat Ekwenden Hammers at Mzuzu stadium.
