Northern region super league side Karonga United has appointed Christopher Nyambose as their new manager replacing a Zimbabwean who sucked on Thursday.
Karonga is struggling in the elite league and occupied second place from the bottom with 3 points.
The appointment comes a day after the team announced the sucking of their head coach Lazarus Magaya.
Meanwhile, the Crocodiles have also appointed their former chairman Alufeyo Chipanga as Technical Director effective Friday.
Chipanga will be responsible for the ownership of the direction of the club and the development of players and the coaching environment within the club environment.
Karonga United Chairman Matthews Tulombolombo has confirmed the development to Starsport HD.
He further said that they plan to build on the growth, depth, and experience of the squad while working collectively with the technical panel and supporters executive to recover from the losses so far experienced.
However, the team will appoint the new executive committee team in the due course while they are targeting people who are willing to be part of the executive and support the team with finances not ideas.
