RUMPHI AND SABLE REGISTER FIRST WIN.

Newly promoted sides Rumphi United and Sable farming registered their first win of the campaign on Saturday afternoon beating Mighty Wakawaka Tigers and Red Lions respectively.

Trouble Kajani's first-half brace and G Mgwira's goal helped Rumphi United to find the relief in the top flight with a three-to-nil win.

Following Saturday's victory, the leopards of Chikulamayembe moved to position 12 on the standing.

Elsewhere where at Mpira Stadium in Blantyre, Chiradzulu based side Sable Farming overcome Zomba soldiers Red lions 2 nil in an eastern side derby.

Christopher Gototo where enough to secure three points for the newcomers at Chiwembe.

Sable moved to position 8th on the table following Saturday's victory.

Meanwhile, in Mzuzu and Karonga there was a win for Mighty Wanderers and Silver Strikers in their tie against Moyale and Karonga United respectively.

Chiukepo Nsowoya's loan go was enough to seal the maximum points for the nomads in Mzuzu and are in position 5 on the log table.

In Karonga, two second-half goals from Nickson Mwase and Chawanangwa Kaonga give the central bankers their first away win of the campaign.
