Week seven of TNM Super League has invited two-country giants Silver Strikers and Mighty Wanderers to Silver Stadium in a battle to fight for the blue flag on Saturday, in Lilongwe.

The sky blue and the blues will collide in a pick of the week fixture as both sides are coming from a defeat against Blue Eagles and Kamuzu Barracks respectively.

The central bankers conceded in the dying minutes of the game at Nankhaka as Laurent Banda netted for the Police headquarters side, while at Kamuzu stadium two goals from Kelvin Hanganda guided Kamuzu Barracks to a 2-1 victory over the Lali Lubani side as Adeleke scored the consolation goal.

The Lilongwe outfit is on and off in the top flight this season having registered 2 wins, 2 draws, and 2 losses, likewise Mighty Wanderers has  2 losses, 3 wins, and 1 draw.

The most interesting about this match is that the Nomads are two points ahead of Silver on the log table

Three points are at stake, will the bankers rise from last week's defeat? Will Wanderers grab the maximum points away from home?

The battle for the blue flag is up for grab on Saturday at the silver stadium in Lilongwe, silver occupied the tenth place in the standings with 8 points from 6 games while Mighty Wanderers seats in the fifth place with 10 points from the exact number of games..
